Razor Emilie Fischl Xiangling. ~20s Rot. Razor Quickburn with ~15s Field time. Emilie bursts every other rotation. Fischl alternates skill and burst, prioritizing burst. Xiangling goes after Fischl and bursts every other rotation. Razor has the most Overload ownership.
