Pamber enables Nahida to burst every rotation, which is important with on field Kuki. If Wolf Fang is not available passiveless Harbinger has higher simulated DPS than the Pipe, even though the Pipe allows Furina to burst every 2 rotations rather than 3.

Ayato Mono Hydro w/ Zhongli. Zhongli uses burst to extend rotation enough for XQ skill CD, and also for extra AP proc.
